In Japan, only vehicles with a green number plate may carry passengers for money. Private cars with white plates doing paid rides are illegal and uninsured for passengers. We only work with licensed green-plate companies.

Your driver waits at the arrivals hall exit holding a sign with your name. If you cannot see them after customs, call the driver number shown on your booking page.

The fixed price (JPY, tax included) already covers highway tolls and the standard waiting time — no hidden fees. Pickups between 22:00 and 5:00 add a 20% night surcharge, which the booking quote already includes.
Comfort Sedan: up to 3 passengers and 2 suitcases; Premium Sedan: up to 3 passengers and 2 suitcases; Luxury Minivan: up to 5 passengers and 4 suitcases; Van: up to 9 passengers and 8 suitcases; Minibus: up to 20 passengers and 20 suitcases. Choose a car whose limits cover both people and luggage; with oversized bags or a stroller, go one size up.
Yes, ¥1,100 each, up to 2 per booking. Choose the number when booking and the price is added automatically.
